In modern industrial environments, managing water resources and corrosive wastewater requires high precision, durability, and real-time monitoring. GW1 EcoTech Ltd. provides an integrated ecosystem of sensors designed to ensure operational safety and environmental compliance in the most demanding conditions. Our solution combines hydrostatic level measurement, differential pressure tracking, and environmental monitoring into a single, cohesive automated system.
Core System Components
1. Corrosive Liquid Level Monitoring
For tanks containing hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, or electroplating wastewater, we utilize the XC Series Corrosion Liquid Level Transmitter.
Acid/Base Resilience: Featuring a PP probe housing and Teflon cable, the sensor is designed for media with a pH range of 3–12.
Submersible Design: The unit can be directly immersed to measure levels up to 200mH2O with a standard accuracy of 0.5% FS.
Hydrostatic Precision: It uses imported ceramic sensing elements to convert pressure into stable 4-20mA or RS485 signals.
2. Pipeline Differential Pressure Control
To manage flow and filter efficiency in water supply systems, the DP Series Differential Pressure Transmitter is essential.
Precision Tracking: Capable of measuring ranges from 0-0.25 bar up to 10.0 bar to ensure optimal pipe pressure.
Reliability: Adopts digital temperature compensation and nonlinear correction technology for high sensitivity without moving parts.
Industrial Integration: Supports various process connections like $M20\times1.5$ or G1/2 to fit existing infrastructure.
3. Site Safety & Environmental Monitoring
Ensuring a safe working environment near chemical treatment zones is managed by our specialized air and climate sensors.
AQM-100 Air Quality Monitor: Tracks hazardous TVOCs, HCHO (Formaldehyde), and CO2 levels. It features an LCD display and optional relay outputs to trigger ventilation systems automatically.
SCH Series Temp/Humidity Sensors: These lead-wire type sensors monitor the climate in control rooms or outdoor stations. The SCH-1 model is specifically designed for high-humidity and outdoor environments, operating normally even in heavy rain.
Smart Integration & Connectivity
All components in this scenario are engineered to communicate through a centralized system:
Unified Protocol: Utilizing RS485 Modbus RTU, all data from water levels, pipe pressure, and air quality is consolidated into your PLC or PC.
Real-time Alerts: Optional Wi-Fi and mobile app compatibility allow for remote monitoring and immediate control over industrial processes.
Automated Safety: Integrated relay outputs can shut down pumps or open drainage valves based on real-time sensor logic.
